Shipping
Yes, but only for orders being delivered within the USA and with a minimum order value of $100.
We don't have a store front, but do provide the option to collect from our warehouse.
This depends on where you are and what service you select. We ship Monday through Friday and process most orders within 1 day. We can deliver to the USA within 2 days and worldwide in about 7 days.
We use either US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS for our 3 fixed rates, but also offer FedEx and UPS for timed deliveries.
Prices, Discounts & Tax
If your order is being delivered to and address within Florida, yes we do, otherwise we do not charge sales tax. If you are tax exempt in Florida please click the link below.
Wholesale to us is buying in full cases of a single bead, which we can do, please contact for further information. Here are some beads we have sold in wholesale cases.

Product
As we are continually adding products to our website, we do not have a full catalog. We do have a product guide for our standard plastic craft beads, which can be ordered here.
Unfortunately we do not offer sample packs, this is due to having such a large selection of beads that make it impractical to create them. For most of our Pony Beads we have smaller $1 packs, which enable you to see the color/finish (and/or shape) or various beads. For craft beads, if you interested in1 or 2 colors, then you can add a note to your order and we can send them, but over 2 colors again becomes impractical to do.
Yes, we offer a 30 days return policy.
No, we don't personalize any products or provide specific color mixes.
