Local Pickup Information

We now offer an order pickup service from our Largo warehouse during our standard working hours which are:

• Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

During checkout you should select the "Pick Up" option on the Shipping Method page and then make payment. Most orders are ready for collection with 2 working hours of placing them but you will receive an email/SMS when the order is ready for collection.

Please bring your order confirmation email or order number and Government issued photo ID to match the payer of the order.

Sales tax is applied to all pickup orders.

Payment is taken when you complete your checkout and the order held for collection for 15 days, after which the order will be canceled. Requesting a return for an order not picked up is considered a cancelation request.

Any customer pick-up order which is canceled is subject to a 4% ($3.99 minimum) refund handling fee.
