We don't want to have a long list for the terms and conditions of sale, but feel we should have transparency on certain points that may cause an issue:
Order Changes / Cancelations
Once you place an order on our website we cannot make any changes to the products you have purchased or the shipping service you selected, as the order is sent to our warehouse for processing within minutes of being placed on the website. Orders typically cannot be canceled once placed on the website.
Shipping & Deliveries
Transit Days - Our shipping services give a suggestion on the transit days from when we hand the package over to the carrier until delivery to the customer. These times are not guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible should your delivery take longer than the quoted days. US Territories will take longer than the days suggested.
Didn't Receive Your Delivery - Should the package show delivered by the carrier, we will submit a claim on your behalf and wait until the carrier responds. If the package shows lost or tracking has not been updated for 5 days, we will wait up to 15 days from the shipped date and then either process a refund or replacement order. Any order that is returned to sender, will be processed as a return once we receive it back.
Returned & Refused Deliveries - In the event your delivery is refused or returned, due to any reason including incomplete address, moved away, or unknown address, your order will be processed as an unauthorized return should we receive it back. Any return shipping charges (typically larger orders sent by FedEx) will be deducted from the refund. Most International orders are not returned, but held in Country and then destroyed after a period of non-collection.
Address verification/Handling fee: In the event your address cannot be verified against the USPS database and/or google maps, we will pick and pack your order but not ship it until we get verification the address is correct. We will contact you up to 3 times to attempt to verify the address, if we do not hear back from you, the order will be held in our warehouse waiting for you to contact us. After 30 days the order will be returned into stock and refunded, less a 5% / $5 minimum handling fee
International Duties & Taxes - You are responsible for all and any taxes or duties due on the order shipment to your country. We declare the value of the order on all customs documents. You should check the rules and regulations on the relevant government websites before placing an order.
We try to ensure our descriptions and images of each product are accurate and complete, however there are some points to consider related to our products:
Random Mixes - Products that are sold as a mix or multi, means the selections of beads is random and we do not guarantee you will get every color, shape, letter, number, picture or any combination shown in the image. You may also receive an uneven number of each bead and multiples of some.
Colors & Shades - If you buy beads of the same color and color code, you may receive beads that are not the same shade. This is due to variations during production as they will have been produced at different times, changes in the color dye and different thickness of the beads would produce a different look. This also applies when buying the same bead over different orders/time period.
Quantity - The bead count is approximate as most of our beads are packed by weight, but we do put a little extra in each pack to cover for breakages and deformed beads. Although we try of best to ensure you have at least the quantity advertised, we cannot be held responsible should your pack have beads short.
Glow Finish - The term "Glow" refers to the finish that The Beadery call the beads and although they contain a luminous material, due to the colored dye they do not have a strong glow-in-the-dark appearance. Night Glow and Super Glow have no colored dye, so do have a glow-in-the-dark appearance.
We accept returns for up to 30 days after delivery, however we:
- Don't refund the original shipping costs
- Don't provide return labels
- Don't offer exchange of products
- Charge an additional fee for return of Free Shipping orders
US Customers - In the event something is wrong with your order, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement, refund and/or return.
All errors must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Your packing slip will show exactly what is in your delivery.
International Customers - In the event something is wrong with your order, please contact us so we can investigate. Unfortunately, we do not provide replacements or send missing items, in these circumstances we would refund.
Our packs contain small packs and are not suitable for children under 3 years old. You agree to provide adult supervision to anyone under 13 using our products.
